Cameron Kontos - Winemaker
Cameron has been learning the traditional French techniques for crafting fine wine.
Growing up in the Walla Walla Valley in a winemakers household, Cameron has had constant exposure into the world of wine and winemaking.
Cameron had been working as the assistant winemaker at Forgeron Cellars over the last eight years. Under the tutalage of Marie-Eve Gilla, he has been learning the traditional French techniques for crafting fine wine, barrel selection, and vineyard management.
He no longer works at Forgeron, but continues to compare notes with Marie, always learning and refining his skills as a winemaker.
Cameron and his wife Becca added to their family in the spring of 2011 with the birth of their first daughter, Brynnan.
